For one to be allowed to drive on the public road of the united kingdom, then there are some requirements that one has to meet so that they can be allowed to drive. Some of these requirements are like, you should be a qualified driver, this means that you have undergone a training and you were given a driving license at the end of the course. The driving license does not just come like that but then you have to work for it. This means that you will do the training for sometime it just depends with the speed at which you grasp things and then you will do a test which will be a practical and theory test. Once you are through with all this then you can be issued with a tax disc uk after it is proven that you have passed the test. The tax disc is always renewable, you are given for a certain time and then when it expires then you can be allowed on the public road unless you renew it.
