Having an accountant for a friend is great!

Getting a company issued car is a huge benefit. Getting the tax for it sorted out is another story. After getting the car, I was given a file containing the car tax benefit table. I took a quick look at it and closed it. I wasn't in need of it then. Now it's time to file for taxes and I'm not sure what to do about the company car's tax. Luckily for me, I have an accountant friend who does this for a living. He can even give sound financial advice while asleep. He took care of the whole document preparation for me. All I had to do was present it to our company accountant for evaluation, corrections and incorporation to the company's car tax database. I'm good with what I do, unfortunately, understanding taxes just isn't part of it. I did learn of some factors that determine car taxes like the rate of carbon dioxide emission, list price of the car the day before it was registered for the first time and the type of fuel used.
