Get Fit and Get Happy

Exercise boot camp is a fantastic way to get happier. Many people think of it as a way to exercise the body, to lose weight or whatever, but it is not often said that it is a way to make you happy. However, when you exercise, you release hormones which make you feel happy.
You do have to push yourself quite hard in order to achieve this. You will have to get out of breath and exercise for at least 15 minutes for the body to start producing these hormones. This isn’t really that much hard work and you will really notice it when the hormones kick in. Suddenly you will have more energy and you will be able t push yourself harder or faster or whatever. The great thing is, that these feelings do not go away. You may find that your body tires and you cannot push yourself so hard, but even if you stop exercising you will still feel good.
There will still be some hormones in the body which will help you to continue to feel good while you are recovering from the exercise. You will also have a feeling of achievement - there is always a nice smug feeling that you get from knowing that you have worked hard and done something that is good for your body. You will also find that your body starts to change, it will look more toned and you might lose some weight. This will also make you feel really good.
Hopefully all of these good feeling will help you to continue to be motivated to exercise regularly. If you are not sure if you can find the motivation to do exercise at some point, then just keep thinking of how good it makes you feel and that should keep you going with it.
